How to use SaltAire ^{by Rhinaris}

Dispenser 14 fl. oz.

1. Gently blow nose prior to each use.
2. Remove cap from top of bottle. Remove inner seal. Remove dispensing cap assembly from the plastic bag. Make sure dip tube is inserted firmly into dispensing cap. Screw dispensing cap assembly onto bottle.
3. Hold SaltAire ^{by Rhinaris} upright in palm with bellows facing away from you (see illustration).
4. Bend forward over a sink, or in the shower looking down.
5. Gently hold the spout up to one nostril, aiming at the back of your head (see illustration).
6. Gently squeeze or pump the bellows with your fingers to deliver the solution into your nose. Do not inhale while squeezing.
7. After several seconds, the solution will fill that side of your nose and exit either from the same or other nostril. If you lean far enough forward, the solution will not enter your throat and will not be tasted.
8. Repeat this process in the other nostril
